Tennis: COMPETE: Adult Fall Scramble • AGES 18 AND UP Take on area players in a fast, fun, one night all doubles co-ed competition. 2.0-2.4 Beginners are not an appropriate fit for this program as it focuses on match play with an understanding of scoring and rotations. Sign up for one of eight spots for a 90 min scramble with a staff coach on site to help administrate the matches. Players will randomly partner up and then play a no-ad set. At the conclusion of the set the two teams that won will face off, splitting partners, and vice versa for the first round losing teams. The second and subsequent rounds will continue this rotation after each no-ad set. Players will use a 9 point tie-breaker at 5-5 in order to keep the rotations moving. Ideally, three sets should be completed. Scores for the scramble are not tracked. Players should bring their own racquets and a can of new extra duty tennis balls. The courts will be held for the scramble so as to ensure that it starts on time. If a scramble fills, please add to the waitlist as we can reach out should someone drop out. If a scramble is canceled due to weather it will play a week later at the same time and site. (ba) CODE DATE DAY TIME R/N Knoch Park Tennis Courts 1-6 (North Side) • 812 S.
