Dr. Vanady A. Daniels served as the principal of two elementary schools, in the MiamiDade County Public Schools District, located in Miami, Florida. She was the assistant principal of curriculum during 2003-2008, and a classroom teacher and educational specialist during 1984- 2003. She has impacted student achievement through teaching, technology integration projects, grant writing, mentoring teachers and aspiring leaders, training teachers and leading change for school improvement in urban school settings. During her tenure as an elementary school principal for twelve years, Dr. Daniels was categorized as a transformational leader. She reformed and transformed two schools. Both schools increased their school grades from C to B and in her last school - from D to A. She is very passionate about education, leadership, school reform, transformation initiatives and the journey of Christian discipleship. Currently, as a retired elementary school principal, she is the President and CEO of Professional Consulting & Educational Support Services (founded by her in 2019). She also serves as an educational consultant of this business. Her educational experiences include leadership training programs such as the Harvard Urban Principals Initiative (2008), and the Florida International University Leadership Training Institute (2017). In 2021, she completed her doctoral studies (Ph. D.) at Barry University (Miami Shores, FL), in Curriculum and Instruction, with specialization in Early and Middle Childhood. She also completed her M.S. degree from Barry University (1997) in Educational Computing & Technology. Her B.S. degree (1983) is in Business Administration

from Grambling State University (Grambling, LA). Lastly, she is also a published author of four books:

Additionally, she volunteers by reading to students and giving them free books to take home. Over the past five years, she has donated hundreds of books to children (in over 15 public and private school settings) and given over $3,000 in scholarships and laptops. She is a volunteer at Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital. On a bi- monthly basis, Soror Daniels reads to the pediatric patients and conducts art activities in the Children’s Life Center of Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. One of her latest community service ventures has been the launching of a widows’ ministry during this past year. On a quarterly basis, she assists by providing care packages, luncheon, and social events for widows from various communities in Dade and Broward counties.
