By faith I believe George Washington lived, and by faith I believe Christianity is true, based on evidence and the fact that it has worked for me and for countless millions more. A simple way for you to test the truthfulness of what I’ve said is for you to honestly seek God with all your heart, on His terms, as best you understand, with a willingness to follow the truth, whatever you discover. Then, either way you win. If you encounter God, you win. On the other hand, if you earnestly seek God and you conclude that all this God-stuff is a hoax, then you can live life and be the center of your own little world right up until the time you die. — Hear me clearly: not to earnestly seek God is to gamble with your soul for all eternity. Not to decide, or not seek God, is the same as saying “No.”
