In similar fashion, neither can we truly comprehend atoms, the physical building blocks of the universe.
A LOOK AT ATOMS AND CELLS
Atoms are the smallest, self-contained things in our universe. Your body, the world and anything physical, is composed of atoms. Some are light in weight, like helium, while some are heavy, like iron. Each atom has a center, called a nucleus.
