Nero and Domitian, called the Preterist Theory or Partial Preterist Theory . I personally disagree with some of these views, but regardless of which view one adopts, all Christians who believe the Bible cannot miss the fact that Jesus unmistakably says He is going to return to earth someday [Matthew, chapters 24, 25; Acts 1:9-11; Revelation, chapters 19-22; etc.]. We are all called to live as if Christ could return today [Matthew 24:42-44]. This is called the doctrine of immanency . If Jesus could come today, then it seems to me the rapture must precede the seven years of Great Tribulation. Many, if not most, of the signs Jesus predicted would precede His coming are starting to be fulfilled before our very eyes. Let me highlight a few of the key prophecies. These predictions, made nearly 2,000 years ago, or longer, read as though they are off the front page of today’s newspapers.
