RENTAL FEES o All rentals will be subject to a 24% taxable service charge and $150 set -up fee. RENTAL PAYMENT

o The total amount due for rentals will be split up into payments that correspond with your deposit schedule listed in your contract. If you have already signed your contract we will put together an addendum to align the deposits as needed. FINAL COUNT o Your final count for your rentals will be due to your wedding coordinator 30 business days prior to your event. At this time, you are locked into your count. If you are to increase this number after this date, then your items will be subject to availability and stock items so we suggest shooting for the higher end of your estimated count to be sure you have the correct amount. VIEWING ITEMS o We will set up a time to meet at the hotel or in person at The Event Experience showroom to showcase colors for your specialty rental items. You will work directly with your wedding coordinator to schedule a time and desired location. SET-UP TIME o If you contract your rental items at the time of signing the contract, then you will be guaranteed your set up time for your rentals. Set up time will not be guaranteed if you contract your rental items at a later date. If you choose not to rent your items from us then we can only guarantee a set up time of 1pm.
