LISBURN’S NEWEST HOTEL OPENING COMPLETES ANOTHER PREMIER PROJECT FOR SWITCHED-ON AG ELECTRICAL… AGELECTRICALCOMPLETE £4MLUXURYHOTEL
D escribed as a “casual and relaxed no fuss hotel”, the Haslem Hotel, Lisburn, County Antrim features 45 bedrooms, an 80-seater open-plan lobby and bar area, 68-seater restaurant, residents’ gym, and conference room. Targeted at business travellers from across the UK and Ireland, it represents a £4 million investment by the Northern
Argos store and its adjoining first-floor space. The hotel, which is aiming for four-star status, boasts three bedroom sizes all with super-fast broadband, 55-inch TV and bespoke lighting throughout, Beannchor says the development “epitomises urban style” which features a conference room, residents’ gym and an underground car park as well as a lobby bar and restaurant. The bespoke interior fit-out and refurbishment contractor, Konstruct Interiors, looked to AG Electrical to carry out the full electrical package. This included General & Emergency

includes the five-star Merchant Hotel and the four-star Bullitt Hotel both in Belfast. The Haslem Hotel occupies around 30,000 sq ft of the Lisburn Square scheme, built on the site of the former
