Federal Express Orders (Master Box or Standard Box) Order deadline is Thursday, 5:00 PM EST, prior to ship week. Deadline applies to new orders and order changes. Customer Pick-up Mast Young Plants will contact the customer directly to arrange their pick-up day and time. Customer pick-up days are Tuesday and Wednesday during nonpeak weeks. During peak weeks 5 – 13 pick-up days are Wednesday and Thursday. Spot Orders Order deadline is Friday, 5:00 PM EST, prior to ship week. Spot orders will be shipped as a separate order and cannot be combined with regular orders. FedEx 1 or 2 Day service (Standard and Half Box) only. No Master Boxes for spot orders.
