What led you to join the Grace La Margna hotel? The owners were looking for a young general manager to develop a brand new luxury boutique hotel in St. Moritz. I was recommended by a former teacher at the Lausanne’s EHL Hospitality Business School, and was able to take part in the development of the new concept for the hotel. The Grace la Margna offered a unique opportunity to further raise the profile of an iconic luxury hotel destination and embark on a stimulating adventure. On a day-to-day level, we strive to constantly improve our services to surpass guest expectations and position Hôtel Grace as a go-to address in St. Moritz. What do you like about St. Moritz? It’s no accident that the Les Grisons resort is known as the Top of the World; it’s a sought-aer destination for a discerning clientele in search of authentic and memorable experiences. The low season is a great time to enjoy relaxing in the great outdoors, while during the high season, St. Moritz bubbles with life amid a wide range of events and activities. How would you describe the positioning of your hotel brand? What type of guest are you seeking to attract? Grace la Margna is the first and only luxury boutique hotel in St. Moritz and it’s open all year round. We seek to redefine the hotel experience and attract a broad range of guests regardless of the season. Our target customer base spans private individuals of all ages, business tourism, and international guests.
