How did you first hear about Elite? It was the same teacher at the EHL Hospitality Business School that recommended Elite to me. I fully trusted him, and that’s why I chose products from this historic Swiss manufacturer – products that meet all the criteria of a five- star hotel in every way. About that: what are the criteria that led you to choose Elite mattresses and beds? Comfort, quality and service were all deciding factors. Comfort first and foremost: Elite mattresses boast unrivalled quality and thus an unparalleled sense of wellbeing. Quality is all to do with durability, robustness and the use of noble, natural materials in the manufacture of mattresses. Elite ticked all the boxes when it came to finding a product that met and indeed exceeded our demanding standards. As to service, the firm’s reputation in terms of customer support and attention to detail also played a part in my final decision. I’ve been fortunate enough to have visited the production facility in Aubonne, where I had the opportunity to observe the mattress manufacturing process first-hand. Elite’s expert advice, full-scope understanding of our needs, top- level cra smanship, product testing, customer service above and beyond the purchase itself and flexibility all helped to convince me. The Elite Gallery store in St. Moritz weighed in the balance too, since it allowed me to enjoy a local, personalised experience. How do guests describe a night’s sleep in your hotel?
