The Centre for Wellbeing brings positive psychology and best teaching practice together to promote good relationships, foster resilience, and encourage positive lifestyle choices. Multidisciplinary teaching and learning Research shows education outside the classroom is as important in preparing students for life after school as the subject specialist teaching that takes place in class. College’s MANifesto, MINDfit, and Immerse & Inspire programmes provide age-appropriate character and leadership education to complement our curriculum. We support our students to develop holistically and encourage them to think about the type of men they wish to become. Career planning There is an emphasis on equipping our students with the skills to make career planning decisions. Students are guided to develop a career plan from their junior years.
