Green Ladder Technologies - Clean Resources CRP Series Oil-Water Separators - product sheet

CRP Paks CRP Paks from Green Ladder Technologies are engineered to minimize maintenance and reduce the cost of dealing with wastewater from compressed air condensate. This advanced molecular filtration system removes all types of lubricants, providing a truly scientific solution to a troublesome problem. Technology CRP Paks are filled with a media bed formulated to attract contaminates and repel water molecules. The lubricants are bonded to the media bed, virtually eliminating the possibility of ground water contamination from the spent bed. CRP Paks do not require pumps, sensors, or pre-separation filter pads. In addition, the rugged internal piping and a fail-safe decompression chamber assure proper operation. All CRP Paks contain media beds of the highest quality alumino silicate substrate, the product of a proprietary process that applies the proper quarts in a particular sequence under tight quality assurance standards. CRP Difference CRP Paks have an improved alumina silicate substrate media bed that prolongs the life of the unit and detachable manifold for easy replacement. The manifold contains all the inlets as well as decompression vents. You just have to prime the unit and run your condensate lines to the unit with no need to purchase or install a separate decompression chamber. CRP Benefits and Features
