We like to think we have a strong moral compass, and we attempt to offer everything bigger clubs offer so that our athletes find the best value, right here at home.” The following words are the gracious contributions from former athletes on this beloved team: Alexa McGahan shares, “I started playing for Express Volleyball in Grade 8 after my elementary school coach, Dennis Dlouhy, saw potential in me and encouraged me to try out. He believed Express was the best place for me to grow, and he was right. The club’s high-level coaching, competitive atmosphere and incredible team culture pushed me to become a stronger athlete and fueled my passion for the game.” Ainsley Preszcator proceeds, “There are always events where younger players are being mentored or in the same gym as older players, and coaches are there to make you not only a better player, but a better person.”
