Has pitched in the majors with the Angels (2021), Rays (2022-23), and Red Sox (2024) including 26 games (18 starts) with Boston in 2024 where he ranked 2nd among qualified American League rookies with a 4.08 ERA last season. He signed with the Red Sox as a free agent in December, 2023. Cooper’s father, Tim spent five Minor League seasons in the Dodgers and Braves systems as a pitcher and catcher.
