Spent three seasons in the Red Sox system before being selected by the White Sox in the 2023 Rule 5 Draft. He spent most of last season on the White Sox injured list before being designated for assignment and returned to the Red Sox in June of 2024. Shane was Boston’s 5th round choice in the 2020 June Draft after a standout collegiate career at Florida State University.
