Phillip made his WooSox debut in September of 2024 after spending the bulk of the season with Double-A Portland appearing in 106 games for the Sea Dogs while batting .239 with 13 HR & 48 RBI. He spent all of 2023 with Portland (106 games). Sikes was selected by the Red Sox in the 18th round of the 2021 Draft after playing for the University of New Mexico (2018) and Texas Christian University (2020-21) near his hometown of Paris, Texas.
