You are truly amazing! I appreciate all your calls, emails, and visits where you shared insights from our aging-in-place educational events in March and April. Helping you consider your current and future needs while pre-planning for changes can support your independence at home and encourage aging-in-

“It’s reassuring to know that creative solutions are available to meet our needs while aging in place. You were right; aging in place is for people of all ages.” “We appreciated your insight that aging in place requires more than just good intentions. It should involve a process that includes personal reflection, discussions with loved ones, intentional planning, and proactive steps to remain in our homes.” “We thought we had everything figured out, but you reminded us of the importance of organizing key documents, such as legal and health information, and sharing them with essential people so they know how to access them. We hadn’t done that yet, but we plan to thank you for your time, expertise, and care.” “Thank you for visiting us and conducting the Home Safety Assessment. We thought we had addressed all our concerns, but we truly value your additional safety tips.”
