Marian University’s office of Alumni Engagement, led by Jennifer Haire ’94 Waning, Executive Director of Alumni Engagement, implemented an aggressive growth strategy in 2020 to positively impact engagement numbers and giving. The effort focused on the Marian University 6Ts of Alumni Engagement (time, talent, treasure, trust, testimony, ties) , an initiative developed by dearly beloved alumnus Mark Daniel ‘80. Re-imagining and utilizing an effort to better inform the public and the Marian University Alumni Association, the effort has substantially improved awareness of alumni engagement.
