Marian University’s St. Joseph’s College is a flexible, two-year, earn and learn program. Students can work while earning their Associates degree. Upon completion of the two-year associate degree, students can either move directly into the workforce or complete their bachelor’s degree at Marian University or another institution. Graduates of Marian University’s Saint Joseph’s College will be guaranteed admission to Marian University for a bachelor’s degree at a special tuition rate.
Earn and Learn What does it mean to earn and learn? It means a student that wants to fulfill their dream, no longer has to choose between work and college after graduating from high school. No more guessing—or hoping—if the classes taken in college are relevant to the workforce. Our program guides students through a clearly outlined curriculum, teaching them the skills that employers value, as well as including relevant industry- specific skills that prepare them for their desired dream career. Our class schedules allow students to work while earning their associate degree, and we connect them with local employers, for paid work experience that is relevant to their coursework.

Credits and Classes A new cohort begins classes together each fall and is on the fast track to graduate in just two years. You will earn an associate degree by completing 64 credits: 34 general education credits and 30 core focused credits.
