Yoga may look like it is just a practice for your body, but many people attribute lower stress levels, less anxiety, and better sleep thanks to Yoga. It is a practice connecting the body, the mind, and the breath, and it is available to all. The best thing about Yoga is that it can be modified for any level, any body, and any age.
