CHELSEA SHAE GUISEPPI & TREVOR JEREMY WOLFE FRIENDSVILLE, MARYLAND | 7.27.19

chelsea leads a running group in morgantown, and Trevor joined the group hoping to meet her. The pair met at a social after one of the group’s runs and quickly became enamored with one another. They dated for two years before Trevor, a native of Phoenix, decided it was time to propose to Chelsea, originally from Fairmont, during a vacation in Oregon. The pair enjoyed a seven-course meal before Trevor presented Chelsea with an old-fashioned viewfinder toy. She snapped through photos that included past trips they’d been on. The very last photo asked if she would marry him. She said yes, and the couple chose the Chanteclaire Farm in Friendsville, Maryland, for the backdrop of their special day. The bride wore a deep V-neck, blush-colored gown with lace detailing with a ball gown overskirt that she removed for the reception. The groom and his groomsmen wore pink linen suits with floral ties, and bridesmaids wore taupe dresses in varying styles. The couple exchanged original vows in which they agreed to never stop adventuring and making each other coffee and that popcorn is always a suitable dinner option. Guests dined on a duet plate of brie cheese and apple-stuffed chicken, an heirloom tomato stack with hummus and fresh mozzarella, roasted broccolini, and potatoes. The wedding cake was actually a table of five cakes: three were lemon curd-flavored with blueberries and two were cornmeal honey cakes with buttercream icing. Upbeat Latin music kept the couple and their guests dancing through the reception, and everyone joined Chelsea and Trevor in the traditional singing of “Take Me Home, Country Roads” to end the night. Following a honeymoon in Cusco, Peru, the couple returned home to Morgantown, where Chelsea works as a quality assurance manager for QEDTherapeutics and Trevor works as an instructor and pathologist assistant at the WVU School of Medicine.
