HOW-TO INSTRUCTIONS - ALL COLORS USED ARE CND ™ SHELLAC ™ 1. Prep nails and apply a thin layer of CND ™ SHELLAC ™ Base Coat. Cure for 10 seconds on button 1. 2. Apply one thin layer of Orchid Canopy. Cure for one minute on button 2S. 3. Top coat with CND ™ No-Wipe+ Top Coat and cure for 1 minute in the CND ™ LED lamp using button 3. 4. Burnish in CND ™ Over the Top Effects™ in Lightning Bolt on the entire nail. 5. Apply CND ™ SHELLAC ™ No-Wipe+ Top Coat. Cure for one minute on button 3. 6. Dispense a small amount of CND ™ SHELLAC ™ Vivid in Yellow Taxi to the stamping plate. Scrape the stamping plate, pick up the design using a stamper, and apply to the nail. Do not cure. 7. Use a fine detail brush and CND ™ SHELLAC ™ Vivid in Yellow Taxi, to outline over the design. Do not cure. 8. Use a spatula to sprinkle CND ™ Perfect Color Powder in Clear over tapestry stamp.
