Core Distribution, part of the Core Group, are the award-winning distributor for many UK and European cablemanagement brands in Ireland. Based in Inchicore in Dublin, we operate two large warehouses with a stock level in excess of €1.5M. Due to continued growth in the business we are expanding thewarehouse team. We are looking for an experiencedWarehouseManager with a hands-on approach, to professionally coordinate and participate in the dailywarehousing activities. Organise as well as take part in the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles. Youwill help the business reach expected productivity, ensure quality and provide high customer service standards as well as achieve the appropriate level of volumewithin time limits. THEROLE INCLUDES: • Manage an experiencedwarehouse team in a professional manner. • Organise the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles. • Check for damaged/missing items and then sorting stock for storage in thewarehouse. • Move and rearrange stock to ensure that products are stored safely and labelled correctly. • Pick, pack and prepare orders within the required scheduled period. • Keep andmaintain a clean, organised, tidywarehouse and trade counter area as a daily routine. • Take part in the regular stock inventories • Follow company policies andworkplace health and safety rules in place • To be polite, mannerly and the ultimate professional when dealingwith other staff, customers and couriers. The Company Atex are one of Irelands leading suppliers of Industrial Electrical Material to Industrial and Commercial markets both in Ireland and abroad.

The Key Product Portfolios are listed as follows: • Lighting • Emergency Lighting • Hazardous Area Lighting and Equipment

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • A knowledge of electrical products and the Electrical industry is essential with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience. • An understanding of Explosion Proof Lighting and Equipment would be a distinct advantage. • Preparation of Quotations and an ability to follow up on quotations • Dealing with customer queries & resolving any issues • Developing Relationships at Customer and Supplier Level • A desire to provide Top Class Customer Service The Candidate • Ideally from the Electrical industry with strong customer service background you will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and be someone who strives to meet and exceed sales and customer service targets. • We are looking for an energetic team player who enjoys working to strict deadlines and managing multiple tasks whilst at the same time building quality relationships with customers and colleagues. You must be reliable and punctual, be self-motivated and enthusiastic with a solid work ethic and a “can do” attitude. • Excellent Computer skills • Excellent Organizational skills • Familiarity with ISO Procedures would be an asset but not essential. • Fluent English with excellent Communication Skills

THEREQUIREMENTS: • Previous experience supervising a warehouse (3+ years) • The ability towork well within a team. • Excellent communication skills

• Excellent manners • Forklift truck licence

Remuneration packagewill depend experience.

Salary: depending on experience.
