Pearl’s natural Bamboo Rainsticks are 2.5” in diameter and feature an internal spiral maze of tines that a cascade of lava pebbles flow over to create the soothing sound of falling rain.
Pearl is proud to offer Concert Percussion instruments that are attractively priced for school ensembles, yet engineered with the professional percussionist in mind. The symphonic tambourine is a perfect example. Its 17 pairs of specially aged, stamped brass jingles provide a dry, yet bright tone that brings added color to any musical situation. Its 10˝ headed wood frame allows the
player to effortlessly perform all tambourine techniques, and the tambourine’s plush carrying case is included. The rattler is another vital component to any concert percussionists’ equipment, and Pearl’s is built with an extended handle for a comfortable grip and ease of playing. Holders for the rattler and castanets are also available.

The Pearl Orchestral Series Professional Tambourines provide performers a new voice and sound for any performing situation. These 5 instruments feature uniquely sourced and hand-
hammered jingles combinations of German Silver, Phosphor Bronze, Beryllium Copper, and Yellow Brass that give a full spectrum of color and projection options to players. The 10˝ shell is a well-balanced and lightweight 2-ply Mahogany
design with contoured hand-hold areas for comfortable performance and warm tone. The natural finish goatskin head provides a full responsive sound and traditional look without sacrificing durability.
NUT SHAKERS
The Awakening Series has been expanded to include a series of natural nut shakers that provide earthy tones that complement the series. Kenari, Bendo, and Pangi nuts range in size from small, medium, and large and each size
possesses unique sound properties. From the recording studio to the yoga studio Pearl’s Awakening Series has an instrument and sound that will inspire you.
