Five years ago, we decided to hire an in-house team member to tell our story. We had done a lot of great work. We needed someone in-house who was a terrific writer who could see the big picture. We wanted to serve our clients better. It took a while to find her, but we found a game-changer in
field. The proof is in the work product. Before we hired Brittany, we hadn’t published any books, and our social media presence was meager. We had no YouTube channel and zero webinars, and we weren’t deliberate about sharing legal updates. Since Brittany came on board, we have published five books and five years of monthly newsletters. We have more than quadrupled our online reach. We host regular webinars. Our outreach to clients is intentional, rather than reactionary. As the longest-tenured staff member here, Brittany has earned the respect and love of all of us for her hard work, dedication, and caring for all of her team members and our clients.
