3. House Rules and Regulations

3.13. Personal Visits and Phone Calls:

Colleagues are not allowed to have inter-departmental visits or visits by relatives or friends at any time unless prior approval has been given by Management. Employees are not allowed to use the Hotel telephones for outgoing private calls. Incoming private calls will not be put through to employee unless they are of an urgent nature.

3.14. Colleague Mail:

The employees are not allowed to use Hotel mail address as a personal mail.

3.15. Use of Keys

For colleagues who are required to handle keys, a signature is required from the employee concerned on the collection and return of the keys.
