4.2. Disciplinary Action – Continue:
16. Using food and beverages of the hotel without permission. 17. Putting up a notice on a notice board or other place in the company without permission. 18. Giving misinformation and report 19. Smoking and chewing gums during working hours. 20. Sleeping during on-duty hours without permission 21. Gambling, drinking alcoholic beverages and coming to work under influence of alcohol, using drugs during working hours. 22. Spreading rumors about the hotel or employees. 23. Arrogant, haughty or insulting speech or behavior to guest and fellow employees, violence to other employees within the hotel. 24. Fighting and disturbing order within the hotel. 25. Abusing authority in the conduct of business, disobeying higher superior direction. 26. Working for another company. 27. Poor job performance. 28. Contributing an article to a newspaper or magazine, attending a discussion meeting on television or radio or preparing and distributing prints about the job without permission from the hotel. 29. Forgoing various reports, bills to guests or checks 30. Demanding guests unfair charges and tips. 31. Destroying the hotel’s building, machine, equipment, products or other properties. 32. Using another employee’s time card while entering or leaving the hotel. Or not using time card at all.
