4.2. Disciplinary Action – Continue:

33. Absenteeism without notice or without any valid reason for two consecutive days or two times absenteeism after the weekend in a month or 3 times absenteeism in a month. 34. Coming work late. 35. Having political activities within the hotel. 36. Discrimination. 37. Losing the master key or violating the master key rules. 38. Busying ourselves with personal things. 39. Reading newspaper, magazine which has nothing to do with our job. 40. Not participating in In-house Training without excuse. 41. Using mobile phone during service. 42. Collecting donations without management approval 43. Cheating at the documents, information, declarations which are presented to hotel. 44. Any other behavior against general principles of business life which is not mentioned above. 45. Behaving in manner that endangers the sense of credit and credibility both of which are part of being personnel 46. Preventing disciplinary proceedings from being carried out properly 47. Permitting third persons to use a certificate of benefit issued by the Hotel or using a certificate issued by the same facility for a third person. 48. Organizing meetings without receiving necessary permits from authorities or participating in such meetings. 49. Entering restricted areas, wandering aimlessly inside the hotel.
