4.2. Disciplinary Action – Continue:
50. Copying or attempting to copy hotel information. 51. Having been condemned for crimes against the personality of the State.
52. To keep firearms, their bullets, knives, any other tools designed for use in assault and defence, and explosive substances inside the facility by opposing “6136 Law on Firearms, Knives, and Other Tools” 53. Not maintaining cleanliness of the workspace and contaminating the environment. 54. Swoping locker with other colleagues without prior consent of HR Department. 55. Being present in the workplace while officially on vacation or sick leave. 56. Not being able to provide hospital report during sick leave. 57. Not abiding the salary confidentiality.
58. Causing damage and loss that exceeding the 30 days of income. 59. Personal use of equipment and tools of the hotel without permission.
