The Management of the Hotel recognizes that it is the efficiency and service of its employee that will determine the reputation of the hotel and its operating success. The Management ensures that during the employment with the Hotel, the employee will develop personally, socially and professionally. The Hotel provides a well-planned and unique scheme of development and incentives that are designed to enable employee to develop themselves, to the full limit of their potential, and to afford the keys to a successful and satisfying career in the hotel industry.
