To ensure a fair, transparent, and consistent recognition process, all nominees for Employee and Leader of the Quarter must meet the following criteria: 1. Length of Service The nominee must have been employed at Frenchman’s Creek Beach & Country Club for a minimum of six (6) consecutive months (Local Employees Only). 2. Time in Position The nominee must have held their current position for at least six (6) months. 3. Active Employment The nominee must be actively employed at Frenchman’s Creek at the time the award is presented. 4. Performance Endorsement Nominees must demonstrate sustained superior job performance, including but not limited to: Implementation of innovative ideas, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and promoting best practices within their department and the Club Additionally, each nominee must be endorsed from their department director. 5. Positive Attitude The nominee should consistently exhibit a positive, professional, and cooperative attitude toward colleagues, management, and members. 6. Disciplinary Record Nominees must have no written disciplinary actions or warnings on file within the past six (6) months. 7. Annual Recognition All quarterly winners will be eligible for consideration as Employee or Leader of the Year. The final selection and announcement will take place during the Annual Holiday Party. 8. Leadership Involvement Leaders are expected to actively participate in the nomination process by recognizing and submitting nominations for exceptional employees. ⚠️ Leaders who do not participate in the nomination process are not eligible to be nominated.
