Other • Self- Motivated and able to work independently. • Leads and motivates the team and colleagues es- pecially when under pressure. • Possess a good all-round knowledge of engineer- ing and building services, but especially electrical and power systems. • Active in the Leadership Team and supports Duty Management requirements to provide operational engineering cover for weekends, bank holidays and late-night store opening – 1 Weekend in 4 with rota off days, 1 or 2 late week day cover until store clos- ing and Bank Holidays. • Suitably qualified and possess technical knowl- edge and experience of similar facilities and sys- tems. • Familiar with BS and relevant regulations. • Self-motivated, confident, and eager to learn. • Able to work on own initiative, adapt to changing situations and remain calm/effective when under
pressure.
• Able to effectively respond to faults & rectify prob- lems related to relevant systems. • Possess good communication skills, both oral and written. • Ability to make quick and accurate decisions; demonstrate good judgement. • Be an effective communicator with all levels of per- sonnel, be collaborative and able to compromise for the benefit of the team. • Willingness to work flexible hours where necessary. Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) • PPMs 95% Completion in month • Reactive Task Completion 90% within month • Staff turnover < 5% • Sickness Management <2.5% • Energy Management reduction proportional to as- sets managed. • Customer complaints – reducing year on year.
