There were 129 townhome listings in Coquitlam in September, 3% above August but 9% below September 2019. The 62 townhome sales in September were a 38% increase vs August and were 55% higher vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 48% as Coquitlam’s townhome market remained in seller’s market territory. The townhome benchmark price in September was $696,300, 1.1% above August and 7% higher vs September 2019. The average sold price was $841,752 with an aver- age PSF sales price of $486 (1.6% higher and 3% lower, respectively, vs August).
