The 383 condo listings in Coquitlam in September were up 1.3% from August and 4% higher vs September 2019. Year-over-year condo sales increased 25% in September (to 109) and were up 3% vs August. The sales-to-listings ratio was unchanged at 28%, as Coquitlam’s condo market remained in seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price in September was $531,700, 0.5% higher month-over-month and 3% above September 2019. The average sold price was $574,642 in September (7% higher vs August) while the average PSF sales price was $704 (an 8% increase vs August).
