The 133 detached sales in September represented a 29% increase vs August and were 125% above September 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 45%, as North Vancouver’s detached segment remained a seller’s market. The detached benchmark price in September was $1.65M—up 2% month-over-month and 13% above this time last year. The average sold price was $1.84M in September, 1.7% above August and 7% higher year-over-year.
