At 121, the number of townhome listings in North Vancouver was down 5% vs last month and 6% below September 2019. The 42 townhome sales in September were down 7% from August but 100% above September 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio was unchanged at 35%, as North Vancouver’s townhome market remained favourable to sellers. September’s benchmark price was $1.01M, decreas- ing 0.6% from August but 8% above September of last year. The average sold price was $1.11M (5% above August) while the average PSF sales price was $653 (a 3% increase from August).
