The number of condo listings in North Vancouver increased to 467 in September, 0.6% lower month- over-month but 27% above September 2019. Condo sales were 52% higher month-over-month, at 140, and increased 69% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 30%, as the condo market for North Vancouver transitioned to seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price, at $586,300, was 0.5% higher month-over-month and 7% higher year-over-year. The average sold price of $700,030 was up 4% vs August, while at $795, the average PSF sales price was 1.3% higher month-over-month.
