The 114 detached listings in Squamish in September were up 11% compared to August but 7% below September 2019. September’s detached sales (at 27) decreased by 7% month-over-month but rose 23% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio in September decreased to 24%, as Squamish’s detached segment remained in seller’s market territory. At $1.02M, the benchmark price for detached homes was 3% above August and 5% higher vs September 2019. The average sold price of $1.11M was 5% below August but 4% higher vs September 2019.
