Remaining at 26%, the sales-to-listings ratio for condos in Squamish favoured sellers. September’s condo benchmark price of $519,400 was 5% above August and 6% higher year-over-year. The average sold price was $488,103 at an average PSF sales price of $599 (up 3% and 5%, respectively, month-over-month).
