Condo listings in Squamish in September, at 62, were 6% below August and 32% lower than in September 2019. Year-over-year condo sales were up 167% in September but 6% lower month-over-month (at 16). Remaining at 26%, the sales-to-listings ratio for condos in Squamish favoured sellers. September’s condo benchmark price of $519,400 was 5% above August and 6% higher year-over-year. The average sold price was $488,103 at an average PSF sales price of $599 (up 3% and 5%, respectively, month-over-month).
