The 1,647 detached listings in Surrey in September were down 5% month-over-month and 16% lower year-over-year. September’s detached sales (504 homes) were 8% above August and 67% higher vs September 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio increased in September, to 31%, as Surrey’s detached market remained in seller’s market territory. At $1.13M, the benchmark price for detached homes was 0.9% above August and 8% higher vs September 2019. The average sold price of $1.26M was 5% higher month-over-month and 15% above September of last year.
