Condo listings in Vancouver East increased 1.0% month-over-month (to 602) while September’s list- ings were up 20% year-over-year. Condo sales increased 27% from August (to 197) and were up 33% vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 33%, as Vancouver East’s condo segment remained in sell- er’s market territory. September’s condo benchmark price was $596,900, 0.6% lower month-over-month but 6% above this time last year. The average sold price was $671,212, a 3% decrease from last month, with an average PSF sales price of $863, 4% below last month.
