At 247, the number of townhome listings in Vancouver West was 5% higher in September than in August but 6% below September 2019. Townhome sales, at 50, were up by 16% vs August and 85% above last September. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 20% in September as Vancouver West’s townhome market remained in balanced market territory. The benchmark price in September was $1.16M, 0.1% above last month and 6% higher than last year. The average sold price was $1.37M, while the aver- age PSF sales price was $976 (decreasing 3% and 1.5%, respectively, from last month).
