2026 Official Oklahoma City Visitors Guide

VEGETARIAN, VEGAN AND GLUTEN-FREE FRIENDLY Red Cup. So much plant-based goodness in such a funky, artsy, cool little vegetarian café. Plus, brilliant gluten-free biscuits, fantastic scrambled tofu dishes,

tender Johnnycakes (add-ins include blueberries, banana, apples and toasted pecans), OKC’s favorite vegetarian chili and house-made veggie burgers. Ask for a sunny egg on those last two! Picasso Café is an anchor of the Paseo Arts District. After brunch (or before) you’ll want to roam the street’s galleries and retail. Fun fact: Picasso’s fried potato hash is technically self- care! So is the garden Benedict, which we love because instead of an English muffin, it’s anchored by a toasty everything bagel topped with fresh mozzarella, arugula, heirloom tomatoes, two poached eggs and chipotle Hollandaise. A masterpiece!

DOWN HOME GOODNESS Head for Stockyards City and bring your appetite. Oklahoma’s oldest continually operating restaurant, Cattlemen’s Steakhouse , is a beloved tradition. It doesn’t call what it serves ‘brunch,’ but you can get omelets, hot cakes and breakfast steaks (served with eggs, hashbrowns and toast or biscuit) from 6-11 a.m. every day and lunch or dinner steaks (served with salad, rolls and potato or vegetables) after that. Down the street, McClintock Saloon , with its spectacular, chandelier-studded Old West interior, offers a brunch appetizer called “basket of bacon.” Pair that with a Bloody Mary, followed by house-made fried chicken and waffles.
