We believe in proactive property management to ensure that our investors' properties increase in value over the years.

To ensure that properties are well maintained, we propose and initiate all repairs. Once we have obtained quotes and our Owners’ consent, we supervise all maintenance work as if it were our own investment.

The following key elements are included in the management of a building amongst others

Monthly

Payment of all sta Payment of all contractors for work done Purchasing and Payment of cleaning material Payment of all services delivered by the City Council as well as other service providers, etc.

BU I LD I NG MANAGEMENT

*NOTE: The above expenses are paid on behalf of the Landlord from the monthly collections.

On a daily basis, we ensure general hands on service and should the situation deem necessary, we negotiate with service companies and contractors on behalf of our investors.
