Ingrid van Biljon, our founding member, has extensive property management experience, specifically in the complex areas of Pretoria, JHB and more recently, Cape Town. She has been serving as Trustee and Chairman of various Body Corporates for more than 22 years.

We believe in proactive property management to ensure that our investors' properties increase in value over the years.

To ensure that properties are well maintained, we propose and initiate all repairs. Once we have obtained quotes and our Owners’ consent, we supervise all maintenance work as if it were our own investment.

The following key elements are included in the management of a building amongst others


Payment of all sta Payment of all contractors for work done Purchasing and Payment of cleaning material Payment of all services delivered by the City Council as well as other service providers, etc.


*NOTE: The above expenses are paid on behalf of the Landlord from the monthly collections.

On a daily basis, we ensure general hands on service and should the situation deem necessary, we negotiate with service companies and contractors on behalf of our investors.


We take care of every aspect of rental properties so that Owners can enjoy all the benefits of their investments without the hassle.

What We Do For You

Marketing. Sourcing & Credit Vetting of Tenants Placing & Management of Tenants Collecting Rent / Levies Attending to Queries & More

Successful management of properties depends on receiving the rent/levy due. To secure this payment, we apply strict credit control procedures, and monthly statements are sent to all tenants whilst Owners receive financial reporting.



We manage your building specific sta on a daily basis to ensure productivity and happy employees.

Our Tasks Include • Pay salaries, wages, PAYE, UIF and workmen’s compensation • Employ sta and negotiate with them on the Owners’ behalf as requested • Attend to any dispute which may occur • Supply services contractors, duty lists, disciplinary codes and grievance procedures at the Owners’ instruction

We make use of the most eecient systems to guarantee our productivity and our Clients’ convenience.

We understand the importance of pro-actively managing utilities as this can make or break any investment. We take all possible steps to achieve this.

Screening Tenant Profile Network (TPN) is used to screen prospective tenants and continuously update their monthly payment record, encouraging regular rental payments. We also make use of other systems such as Accountability to further promote regular rental payments.

We make use of the MDA Property Manager. This financial, property management system allows us to also export data in usable formats to import in other financial systems such as Pastel, making it easy for our clients to view financial data and reports in formats other than normal pdf's. We charge a percentage (%) of the rental income collected forrental portfolio's and a per unit charge for Body Corporate management.

We have an interactive website with a web portal that oers our clients (tenants & owners) access to various documents 24/7 for them to view at their convenience.

This is discussed and agreed upon based on the size of the portfolio / Body Corporate.

Please note that the agreed fee only includes the management functions and not any operational related expenses such ascleaning (sta and equipment) and security etc.
