Test online How’s your sleep?
It’s said that our days are only as good as our nights – so if you’re still feeling run down when you wake up, it might be a good idea to give yourself a sleep checkup. We’ve enlisted neurologist and sleep disorder specialist Dr José Haba Rubio to help us put together an online questionnaire to help you do just that. The internationally-recognised test looks at how well you’ve slept over the last month. It’s a great way of finding out whether your sleep patterns might be disrupted, identifying disorders such as sleep apnoea and reviewing how you spend your evenings and nights. Now, you can take the questionnaire yourself – it shouldn’t take you more than fifteen minutes.
