James Leeming - Chief Executive, Norfolk Primary Care CIC James is the founding Chief Executive Officer of Norfolk Primary Care. With over 15 years of senior leadership experience within the NHS, James is committed to supporting general practice to deliver high-quality, patient- centred care while shaping a sustainable future in an evolving policy landscape. He is a strong advocate for at- scale delivery as a means to enhance resilience, drive innovation, and enable practices to play a central role in system transformation.

Dr Duncan Gooch - Chair, NHS Confederation Primary Care Network Duncan is a GP and Chair of the NHS Confederation’s Primary Care Network. Based in Derbyshire, he is Managing Partner and Clinical Director at Erewash Health Partnership, serving over 100,000 patients. With a career rooted in clinical leadership and education, he is a dedicated GP trainer and a recognised voice in primary care development and innovation.

Dr Karen Kirkham - Chief Medical Officer, Deloitte Karen is Chief Medical Officer with Deloitte UK and a partner in the health strategy team having joined from her role as a GP and Clinical lead for the Dorset Integrated Care System. She practiced in Weymouth, Dorset for over 30 years, where she combined medicine with leadership at local (locality), ICS and National level. She held roles as the National Clinical Advisor for Systems Development, Chaired the national Population Health Management Advisory Board and was Senior Clinical Advisor in Primary Care Transformation with NHSE.

Joanne Segasby - Group Delivery Officer and Deputy Chief Executive, Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group Jo is Deputy Chief Executive of the Norfolk and Waveney University Hospitals Group, which brings together NNUH, JPUH, and QEH. A registered nurse with over 30 years’ NHS experience, Jo has held senior leadership roles across acute services and previously served as Chief Executive at James Paget Hospital. She now leads performance, transformation, and delivery of new hospital programmes across the group. Ed Garratt OBE - Interim Chief Executive, Norfolk and Waveney ICB Ed is Interim Chief Executive of NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board and Chief Executive of NHS Suffolk and North East Essex ICB, rated England’s highest-performing ICB in 2025. He holds honorary academic positions at the Universities of Suffolk and Essex and was awarded an OBE in 2023 for services to the NHS. Ed has held senior NHS roles for over 20 years and currently sponsors national innovation programmes in Primary Care, mental health, and health inequalities.

From West (A47): Exit A47 at A146. Turn left at the first set of lights, continue to the next set of lights and turn right. From the Railway Station (Norwich): A ten-minute walk. When walking out of the station turn left and follow Koblenz Avenue. Parking: There is ample free parking at the football club. EV Charging: Carrow Road currently doesn’t offer any EV charging points. The nearest are located at Morrisons Riverside, details here.

After passing Dunston Hall Hotel (on your right) keep following the A140 until you reach a roundabout where you will take the 3rd exit signposted A47, Gt. Yarmouth. Follow the A47 to the next exit (A146, Lowestoft). From the A146 use directions from the West above.
