Threats • Limited MOH support for resident applications from public sector Undergraduate Student Advising Activities for undergraduate students coordinated by Dr Andrea Garbutt in her capacity as Deputy Dean Student Success: • Academic Advising Workshop for Academic Advisors at Mona for MBBS Stu- dents • Distribution of Academic Advisors for incoming students in MBBS programme: Class of 2027 • Re-Organization of the Personal & Professional Development Programme for online delivery to all FMS programmes • Implementation of grade viewer ARGOS (in the clinical years) • Collaboration with the Personal and Professional Development Office for pro- vision of mental health sessions, professionalism, transitioning to the next stage of their academics/career. Marketing initiatives to increase number of students to UWI • Dr Andrea Garbutt (Deputy Dean, Student Success) coordinated and partic- ipated in multiple school recruitment drives along with the Marketing and Recruitment Office, The UWI, Mona. • Dr Abigail Harrison garnered part-scholarships (USD 10,000) for students pursuing the diploma in Adolescent Health and Advocacy. • Dr Audrey Pottinger identified mental health professional associations within the Caribbean and marketed the Diploma in Loss, Grief and Trauma Manage- ment to the wider Caribbean.
