Our advanced level student numbers have been stable since 2020/21, but they are about 15.5% up from 2018/19. The trends suggest that we are at about the limit of our capacity for advanced courses. Our introductory level student numbers, on the other hand, reversed the decline seen since 2019/20, and have rebounded to very close to pre-pandemic values. Also of note, is the increase in the numbers in the M.Sc. Applied Data Science programme. The programme has been quite attractive to the corporate sector, and numbers have grown even with a 60% increase in fees since the programme’s inception. Table 2 shows our graduation numbers in various undergraduate majors and pro- grammes. This year we graduated the third cohort of the BSc Software Engineering – Mobile Application Technologies. No research students completed their degrees in the 2022/23 academic year; however, there were seven (7) graduates each from the M.Sc. Computer Science and M.Sc. Applied Data Science programmes.
