Understanding of current environmental and sustainability issues including BREEAM Assessments and SKA Rating. An understanding of Project Management Systems.

An understanding of the roles and responsibilities of all participants in a construction projects.

Good understanding of Planning, Building Regulations and Health & Safety legislation.

A working knowledge of various forms of building contact including NEC and JCT.

Confidence to manage complex projects with strict financial limits delivered to tight timescales.

Ability to take a project from concept to completion with minimal supervision.

Have a good understanding of the Client/ Consultant liaison process.

Ability to plan projects, produce project programmes and analyse contractor’s programmes.

The ability to produce concise and accurate management reports.
